Dr Rinku Rayoo is an Australian-trained Consultant Cardiologist with extensive experience in the diagnosis and management of cardiovascular disease. He provides comprehensive, evidence-based care with a particular focus on general cardiology, heart failure, preventive cardiology, and advanced non-invasive cardiac imaging. His philosophy is simple—to deliver compassionate, personalised care while empowering patients to understand and actively manage their heart health.
Having trained and worked across Australia, the United Kingdom, and India, Dr Rayoo brings a wealth of international experience and a patient-centred approach to modern cardiovascular care. He completed Advanced Training in Cardiology at Northern Health before undertaking a dedicated fellowship in Cardiac Imaging at Austin Health, where he developed expertise in echocardiography, stress echocardiography, cardiac CT, and cardiac MRI.
Dr Rayoo has previously served as a Heart Failure and Cardiac Imaging Consultant at Bendigo Health and is currently consulting in private practice across Melbourne. He holds ANZ Level B Certification in Cardiac CT, Level 2 SCMR Certification in Cardiac MRI, is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (FRACP) and a Fellow of the Cardiac Society of Australia and New Zealand (FCSANZ).
